*Soy wax is a vegetable wax that is made from soybeans. It has a slower burn which means it lasts longer than candles made with paraffin wax. Soy candles emit far less soot than paraffin wax candles resulting in a much cleaner burn.

We hope you enjoy the contents of your Anonyluv box. After all, someone thought you deserved something special and we agree. Having said that, we know that things can happen during the shipping process. So if you receive a damaged item, we're here to help.

Reshipments

You have 30 calendar days to advise us of a damaged item from the date you received it. If you would like to receive a replacement item, simply send us a photo of the damaged item. We will then reship your item, free of charge.

Refunds

If you prefer, we can issue a refund for the damaged item, to the person who sent you the Anonyluv box, a.k.a. the giver. The giver will then be notified that you received a damaged item and we will issue that person an immediate refund.
