Anonyluv's Reship & Refund Policy 

We hope you enjoy the contents of your Anonyluv box. After all, someone thought you deserved something special and we agree. Having said that, we know that things can happen during the shipping process. So if you receive a damaged item, we're here to help. 

Reshipments 

You have ​30 calendar days to advise us of a damaged item from the date you received it. If you would like to receive a replacement item, simply send us a photo of the damaged item. We will then reship your item, free of charge.

Refunds 

If you prefer, we can issue a refund for the damaged item, to the person who sent you the Anonyluv box, a.k.a. the giver. The giver will then be notified that you received a damaged item and we will issue that person an immediate refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages 

Please contact us at info@anonyluv.ca if any of your items arrive damaged. Kindly take photos of the damaged item(s) whenever possible and forward to: info@anonyluv.ca.

 
International Shipping Policy 
Anonyluv currently does not ship outside of Canada.
