Reshipments

You have 30 calendar days to advise us of a damaged item from the date you received it. If you would like to receive a replacement item, simply send us a photo of the damaged item. We will then reship your item, free of charge.

Refunds

If you prefer, we can issue a refund for the damaged item, to the person who sent you the Anonyluv box, a.k.a. the giver. The giver will then be notified that you received a damaged item and we will issue that person an immediate refund.
